My name is Liz Mshar and I settled in Union County over 20 years ago after a globe-trotting upbringing as an Army Brat. My background is in elementary and preschool education. I love being active and have explored many fitness avenues. I found my home here at Barre For Life a few years ago. This studio is truly a fitness family.
