I moved to Waxhaw, NC 13 years ago with my family, from Long Island, New York. I have a degree in elementary education. Fitness has been a passion of mine for the past few years, as I enjoy cycling as well as barre class. I have been a member of Barre For Life since fall of 2020. Barre was the first work out I ever tried and truly fell in love with. I loved it so much, I got my certification to teach barre a year ago. I am excited to mix two passions of mine, barre and teaching, so that new members, and veteran members can all have an inspiring exercise experience. At BFL, we truly are one big family!
